DAY BY DAY
Your Turkey itinerary
Based on the published 2026 brochure. Activities and routing are subject to VIPTrips confirmation.
Day 1: Istanbul
Arrive, meet your representative, and visit the old city: Blue Mosque, Hippodrome, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace Museum, and Grand Bazaar.
Day 2: Istanbul → Gallipoli → Troy → Canakkale
After breakfast, drive to Gallipoli and continue to Troy. Check in to your hotel in Canakkale and enjoy dinner.
Day 3: Canakkale → Pergamon → Kusadasi
Travel toward Kusadasi, stopping for lunch in Bergama and a visit to Pergamon’s Acropolis, temples of Trajan, Dionysus, Zeus, and Athena, and its theatre. The brochure also lists a church photo stop before dinner and transfer to the hotel.
Day 4: Kusadasi → Ephesus → Pamukkale
Drive to Selcuk to visit the House of the Virgin Mary, ancient Ephesus, and the Temple of Artemis area. Continue to Pamukkale and tour Hierapolis and the hot-spring terraces.
Day 5: Pamukkale → Konya → Cappadocia
Travel through villages to Konya and visit the Mevlana Museum. Continue to Cappadocia, viewing Sultan Hani caravanserai en route.
Optional: Belly-dance show at a cave restaurant. Confirm availability and any additional cost.
Day 6: Cappadocia
Visit an underground city at Ozkonak or Kaymakli, Pigeon Valley, Uchisar Castle, and Goreme’s rock-cut church. After lunch in Avanos, browse local pottery and carpets.
Day 7: Cappadocia → Ankara → Istanbul
Travel to Istanbul via Ankara along scenic mountain highways. Overnight in Istanbul.
Optional: Belly-dance show. Confirm availability and any additional cost.
Day 8: Istanbul
Morning at leisure until your transfer to the airport for the flight home.
